Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return request and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Document Condition

  Provide clear photographs of the structure or components in their current state to verify the reason for return and ensure the item is eligible for transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Once approved, our logistics team will coordinate a professional hauling service to retrieve the building from your property at a scheduled time.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After the structure is inspected at our facility, we will process your refund or finalize the exchange, minus any applicable restocking or transportation fees.
